Nigerian sensation, Burna Boy who has been rated by most Nigerians as the artiste of the year and his hit song ‘YE’ music of the year has just been featured alongside Mr Eazi to perform at the Coachella 2019.
But he was’t happy with the size of the font used for his name by the Coachella Management. Burna Boy took to his Instagram to let them know how he felt about this.
See what he said below;
@coachella I really appreciate you. But I don’t appreciate the way my name is written
so small in your bill. I am an AFRICAN GIANT and will not be reduced to whatever that tiny font means. Fix tings quick please.
After posting this, the artiste got on The Shade Room were the African Americans weren’t being nice to him. Some insulting him and others claiming not to even know him.
But does the font size mean so much as regards to his status?
Seun Kuti and his back band, Egypt 80 were the first Nigerians to perform at Coachella in 2012 and his name and band name were written in a font size one step smaller than Burna’s.
Do you think his reaction would get him off the performing acts at the Coachella 2019?
